Our current activities are focussed on monthly, two-day clinics targeted at all levels and abilities, and encompassing all sectors: General Participation, High Performance, and Vocational.
During each of the clinics, clients have scheduled sessions with a variety of trainers and allied health professionals. Our health professionals include a physiotherapist, counsellor, sport psychologist, occupational therapist, medical doctor, osteopath, nutritionist and personal trainer, in addition to our regular dressage coaching team, also utilising the the skills of several highly credentialed equestrian experts including judges, trainers and sport specific specialists.
The clinics focus on a monthly goal setting program such that each month, a new set of measurable goals in 6 different areas are set and then these are reassessed and adjusted at the following month’s clinic. Our 6 goal areas are: Physical, Technical, Tactical, Psychological, Personal, and Equine. Clients go home with a clear set of actions for the next month with plans in place to assist them to achieve those planned outcomes.
The objective for EPA is to develop and implement these clinics nationally through satellite programs working to the successful formula developed by the team at EPA.
